Nritya Nirantara

Founder of Sriranjani Kala Nilaya, Bharatanatyam exponent Jyothi Mohan and troupe will present Nritya Nirantara. A garland of compositions in different languages eulogising the almighty in his myriad forms – as Ganesa, the Adi Devatha, remover of all obstacles; as Devi, who bestows knowledge, prosperity and vanquishes evil forces; as Nataraja, the lord of dance; as Krishna, the saviour of those in need of succor and concludes with an expression of joy in the tillana.

Karnataka Kalashree Sri Sathyanarayana Raju’s Margam will delineate the attributes of Shiva from the eyes of his ardent devotee. Her longing to unite with the paramatma who resides in Thanjavur has been romantically depicted. The myriad stances displayed to portray Lord Brihadeeswara in the refrain bear testimony to his control over the medium. The devotee pleads to Lord Brihadeeswara to give his darshana with no further delay, remove all the obstacles and bless the entire universe.

This is an NCPA presentation. Book now for the wonderful experience.
